SC TOP membership includes transcript preparation ONCE per year. Please submit the following form so we can begin preparing HIGH SCHOOL transcripts.

First time transcript requests, submit all courses and credits, including all previous credits.
- For dual credits, please submit a printout of all courses/grades from your student account
- Include the previous transcript and/or high school credits prior to enrollment at SC TOP, plus input all the credits on the form.
Returning members who already have prior transcripts on file, only submit this year’s courses so we can update our records to calculate the new GPA and finalize ranking for the year.
Grade reports are due June 5th. You will get personalized feedback and back up transcripts will also be kept on file.
