In 2019, the name officially changed to SC TOP Homeschool Association. We expanded to offer accountability services statewide. The association is no longer affiliated with REACH support group.
Our social and educational activities are not bundled with record-keeping accountability anymore. REACH support group closed in 2021. Check out Cola City Homeschoolers for local support in the Midlands/Columbia area instead.
If you’re looking for homeschool records that were prior to 2019, we still have all the files and records information on file from REACH the TOP (RTT).
